At Kaleidoscope, we believe that all people are valuable and deserve equitable access to getting all of their needs met. We also know that the world we live in is not equitable and we want to do something about that in our community. 

One way of working toward a more equitable world is working toward equitable access to mental healthcare. In our current mental healthcare system, the very folks who are most in need of support are often further marginalized by not being able to afford mental healthcare. We want to be a part of changing that system. We structured ourselves as a nonprofit service so that no one is turned away for lack of ability to pay for services. 

Another way we work toward equitable access is by supporting new clinicians entering the mental healthcare field through supervision and mentorship. Offering these services are one way of working toward a more diverse array of clinicians who, in turn, can better meet the needs of a wider variety of clients. 

In the future we hope to further expand our service offerings. 

Our vision for the future is to be an integral part of equitable and affordable mental healthcare in our community.
